Total synthesis of natural products Multicomponent reactions – Metal-catalyzed domino process – Catalytic enantioselective transformations

Our group is interested in:

  1. developing synthetic methodologies, strategies and their applications in natural product total synthesis;
  2. devising novel multicomponent reactions (MCRs) and metal-catalyzed domino processes for the rapid construction of medicinally relevant heterocycles and macrocycles;
  3. searching for new catalytic enantioselective transformations, particularly enantioselective MCRs;
  4. Designing and synthesizing small molecules with specific biological activities.
