EDLAB

The Electron Device Modeling and Technology Laboratory (EDLAB) focuses on different aspects of research on solid-state physics, ranging from materials science to quantum physics, with a special interest in  design, modeling, and novel fabrication techniques of  advanced solid-state devices (including quantum devices, vertical-slit FETs, nanowire FETs, FinFETs, heterostructures, ISFETs, nanoscale vacuum-channel transistors, high energy particle detectors).

In particular, we aim at developing physics-based models dedicated to large scale simulation as well as innovative technological solutions for advanced electron device optimization and characterization. In addition, we integrate devices and sensors using microelectronics tools.
