The registration fees are listed below. Early registration is available from the opening of registration until May 31st, 2026. From June 1st, 2026, the late registration rate will apply.
The registration fee includes:
- Access to all lectures and poster sessions
- A PDF copy of the abstract book
- Coffee breaks, lunches, receptions, and dinners during the symposium
Please note that the registration fee does not include transportation or accommodation. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and medical insurance.
Substitution and Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague from your organization at no additional cost.
Alternatively, you may request a cancellation and refund (minus a CHF 100 administrative fee).
Cancellation deadline: September 30th, 2026.
Refund requests received by this date will be processed minus the administrative fee. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued after this date.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the symposium organizers.
Program Changes
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program if necessary, including adjustments to the schedule or speakers.
