Poster Information

Poster format

The poster size is A0 (120 cm height × 80 cm width) in portrait orientation.
We recommend using Arial, Calibri, or other sans-serif fonts. Avoid using text in all capital letters, as it can reduce readability.
To ensure readability, we suggest the following minimum font sizes (for a poster sized 120 × 80 cm in PowerPoint) :

  • Poster  title: 80 pt
  • Author(s), institution, address: 56 pt
  • Headings: 56 pt
  • Body text: 40 pt
  • References: 28 pt

Your poster should include the following elements:

  • A clear and prominent title
  • Author name(s) and affiliated institution(s) (positioned at the top)
  • Introduction
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusions

These sections should be arranged clearly across the poster. To save space, references may be omitted.
We strongly encourage the use of visual elements such as graphs, charts, and images to enhance clarity and visual appeal.
Your poster should be visually engaging and easy to understand within a short viewing time. Ensure that the key messages are clear and not obscured by excessive detail.
