Timetable and room reservations for doctoral courses

It is not possible to book rooms during the Bachelor and Master exam sessions (from 12.01.2026 to 31.01.2026 and from 15.06.2026 to 04.07.2026).

This form is intended for doctoral programme administrators and lecturers who wish to publish a timetable and/or reserve a room for a doctoral course.

Before completing this form, please make sure that the course is included in one of EPFL’s doctoral coursebooks.

Once it has been submitted, you will receive an email summarising your request.

A second email will be sent to you once your request has been processed.
