SCHIIQ is an EPFL MAKE project building an affordable, open-source desktop quantum computer designed specifically for education. It is based on NMR technology and works at room temperature. The project is a collaboration between EPFL and the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW). It is driven by students from SIQ and beyond, and almost 30 students are currently involved.
