Meeting room for use by student associations recognized by EPFL

To support and facilitate your association work on campus, we provide you with access to conference room RLC C1 121, located in the Rolex Learning Center.

It offers an ideal setting for your work meetings and interviews with external partners.

booking procedure

Access hours :

every day, from 7 am (8 am on Mondays) to 10 pm 
Access activation :


In order to activate access to the meeting room for your association, please submit a written request to the Association affairs office ([email protected]) at least three working days before the date of your first booking.

Reservation rights :
    		 granted to members of the management committee

Max hours/week per association :
    		 4
Capacity & equipment :

8 to 12 workstations, audiovisual equipment (connection to meetings, document sharing), whiteboard.
Before making a reservation, please ensure that access has been granted to your association. Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance by clicking on the red button below.

For any reservation request beyond this timeframe, please use the Events form in order to book another room on campus.
