Activities : we extended the drilling operations started in 2004/05 and which reached 607 m of depth in 2005/06. Overall the expedition was a success and we worked under a very good spirit. We reached 1300 m of depth on January 11, 2007. We stopped due to the lack of drilling fluid.

My work in the field : I was the science leader for this expedition. Aside from the usual contribution to the everyday life in camp, I did the ice core logging, cutting and packing, as well as measurements of thin sections.
