These include investigating the sequence-dependent mechanical properties of double-stranded DNA through persistence length measurements, studying DNA–protein interaction boundaries relevant to the cGAS immune sensing pathway, engineering DNA-based hydrogels for biomaterial applications, and contributing to the design of novel pneumococcal vaccine candidates.
