WATER

The “Espace Bleu” project derives from the emergence of a collective idea: the idea that a project starting from the water -the fundamental resource for the life of the territory- can represent, improve and enhance the Eurometropolis Lille-Kortrijk-Tournai.
Water is the basis of the story.

The Blue Space of the Eurométropole is considered both a major opportunity and challenge, water having been given the priority role in promoting sustainable development and featuring most regarding information, education and involvement of the local population.
