Join the Lab
While we are not continuously recruiting for specific positions, we are always interested in hearing from motivated researchers whose backgrounds, experience, and scientific interests align with our research. Opportunities to join the lab depend on ongoing projects, available resources, and the fit between a candidate’s expertise and our research directions.
Master’s Students and Research Projects
We intermittently offer research projects for motivated students interested in gaining hands-on research experience. EPFL students can also find available projects through the EPFL Project Portal.
We particularly welcome applications from Master’s students who can commit to a full-time research project for at least 6–9 months. We are looking for students who are curious, eager to learn, and excited to contribute meaningfully to our research. We value students who take initiative, engage actively with their projects, and participate in the broader scientific life of the lab.
PhD Students
We currently have no open PhD positions. However, new opportunities may become available in the future, depending on funding and ongoing research projects. Interested candidates are welcome to submit an expression of interest through our application form and should consult the relevant EPFL doctoral programs for information on admission requirements and application procedures.
Postdoctoral Researchers
We welcome inquiries from motivated postdoctoral researchers whose scientific interests complement our research. Postdoctoral opportunities in our lab are generally dependent on external fellowship funding. We are open to hosting researchers who have secured independent funding, as well as supporting promising candidates in developing fellowship applications with our lab as their prospective host institution.

Please include a brief description of your research interests, relevant experience, and motivation for joining our lab. If you have a particular project or research direction in mind, we encourage you to describe it in your application.
We review applications as opportunities arise and will contact candidates whose profiles align with our current or upcoming projects.
