17.04.2018 After the intervention of 150 students from the l’Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), the Citroën building showroom will definitely never be the same again. HOUSE 3 is an educational architectural project, a collaboration to build a utopia. The project was born within ALICE, a laboratory that conducts research in the public space about landscape, urban environment and architecture. In collaboration with CIVA, the ALICE team and its students are working on a project that will be presented to the public in the form of a protostructure crossing the floorplate of the former showroom. This joint intervention in the showroom does not only mean an exciting exchange between the two institutions and their specific know-how. It will also be a series of living spaces to share.
