Startup Launchpad supports three health and biotech ventures

— Three EPFL startup projects are advancing health and biotechnology with support from the Startup Launchpad. NourishAI, developing a precision nutrition platform for ALS patients, received an Ignition Grant of CHF 30,000. GenoRobotics, building a portable DNA sequencing device, and Infera Neuro, designing ultra-low-power brain chips to restore communication, each secured a CHF 100,000 Innogrant to advance their innovations.

BioLNP, ElCoat, OneCell and Déploya receive an Ignition grant

— Four EPFL-based startups: BioLNP Innovation, ElCoat, OneCell Protein, and Déploya have become the latest recipients of the EPFL Startup Launchpad Ignition grant. The startups were each awarded a CHF30,000 grant to continue developing their technology.

GERMION Therapeutics awarded EPFL Launchpad Ignition grant

— In the biomedical and pharmaceutical sector, GERMION Therapeutics is tackling antimicrobial resistance with a novel class of antibiotics. Supported by EPFL’s CHF30,000 Ignition grant, the startup aims to advance its research and protect its discoveries in the fight against drug-resistant infections.

Four EPFL startups projects boosted by Ignition and Innogrant funding

— Four promising startup projects have just received a boost from the EPFL Startup Launchpad, thanks to Ignition and Innogrant funding: PowerCore and StegaMatter each secured an Ignition Grant to develop breakthrough solutions in sustainable energy storage and embedded digital trust. MoleSense and DeltaSpark were awarded Innogrants to accelerate the development of their cutting-edge technologies in women’s health and carbon capture.

3 new startup projects secure grants from the Startup Launchpad

— Three new startup projects from EPFL have received support from the Startup Launchpad. Quanexum develops automated measurement systems and transistor models for cryogenic electronics, making low-temperature circuit design faster, more precise, and more accessible. Scholé AI leverages artificial intelligence to create personalized training programs that help professionals quickly acquire AI and data skills through interactive and scalable content. Both startup projects have been awarded an Ignition Grant of CHF 30,000. Meanwhile, Lemna Bio, which harnesses AI-powered geometric transformers to accelerate and enhance biomolecule design for drug development, has received an Innogrant of CHF 100,000.
