Six AI startup projects selected for new Launchpad funding

EPFL and UBS are proud to announce the six inaugural grantees of the Startup Launchpad AI Track – powered by UBS, Switzerland’s first grant program dedicated to AI. Selected from over 50 proposals, these projects will receive funding and tailored support to accelerate their journey from prototype to market readiness.

BioLNP, ElCoat, OneCell and DĂ©ploya receive an Ignition grant

Innovation

Four EPFL-based startups: BioLNP Innovation, ElCoat, OneCell Protein, and DĂ©ploya have become the latest recipients of the EPFL Startup Launchpad Ignition grant. The startups were each awarded a CHF30,000 grant to continue developing their technology.

Innogrant program helps entrepreneurs take their technology to market

EPFL introduced its Innogrant program in 2005 – the first startup support initiative of its kind in Switzerland. Since then, 206 projects have gone through the program, and over 65% of the resulting businesses are still active today.
