Dumpling Festival 2026
Barely a week after the ski weekend, we also participated in the dumpling festival to share the great polish pierogi with the world, co-organized with many other national associations from EPFL.
Ski weekend 2026
Following the success of the 2025 ski weekend, we organised another edition with Polana, this time in the Aletsch Arena. With (once again) over 40 participants, we spent a long weekend skiing and having fun together in and around Fiesch in the canton of Wallis.
POLCA at Chalets de l’Avent 2025
As last year, we spent an evening sharing one of the EPFL Chalets de l’Avent with AKULA, serving Polish potato pancakes with gulasz and drinks and overall having a great time.
Independence day 2025
As is now tradition, we spent the evening and a solid part of the night of the Polish Independence Day (Nov 11th) making pierogi and celebrating the history of our country in a pleasantly numerous and (mostly) Polish company.

Hot off the integration bbq, on October 2nd, we organised a polish party at the Refuge d’Ecublens.
Integration BBQ 2025
Hello everyone! On September 18th 2025 at 5:30 p.m, we organized the first integration event of this year. In the form of a barbecue on the beach in Vidy 😎.
May BBQ 2025
With summer approaching, we organised a BBQ on May 1st at noon where we enjoyed grilled food along with beverages next to Rolex Learning Center♨️
Ski Weekend in Saas Fee 2025
Along with Polish students from the University of Cambridge and ETHZ we organised a Ski Weekend on 21-24 of March. With over 40 participants hosted in Gruppenhaus Tabor in Saas Fee, we enjoyed skiing and other mountain activities with bonding evenings, joining students from 3 different Polish cultural associations.
Dumpling Festival 2025
On February 27th, we organised a Dumpling Festival 🥟, together with Romanian (ARO), Ukrainian (AKULA), Bulgarian (ABSL) and Greek (AEGEL) cultural student associations.
POLCA at Chalets de l’Avent 2024
POLCA, together with Ukrainian (AKULA) and Greek (AEGEL) cultural student associations, ran a Chalet on December 6th on Esplanade. We were preparing delicious food including crispy potato pancakes, played great music and (of course) offered glühwein a.k.a. hot wine🍷🥰
