Constituted on the basis of equal representation, the EPFL Assembly (AE) is entitled to make proposals concerning all the normative acts of the ETH Board, the budget and planning, the creation or suppression of teaching and research units and the participation structures. The AE also gives its opinion on the EPFL President’s annual report. It ensures participation within the various EPFL units.
