Celebrate Yalda Night with IRSA 🌙🍉

The longest night of the year is approaching — and IRSA invites you to celebrate Yalda Night, the ancient Persian festival marking the farewell to autumn and the arrival of winter. Join us for an evening of storytelling, music, poetry, and community as we embrace this timeless tradition together.

  • Traditional Hafez poetry reading

  • Live music and dance

  • Warm conversations and a joyful gathering

  • Delicious food, including Ash and seasonal treats

  • A red-and-green dress theme

  • Date: Saturday, 14 December

  • Time: 17:00–22:00

  • Location: EPFL Polydome

đŸ’¶ Registration & Fees (with dinner included)

  • CHF 15 — Bachelor, Master & interns

  • CHF 25 — PhD students

  • CHF 35 — Postdocs, professionals & external participants

If you register without dinner, subtract CHF 8 from the above amounts.

  • Deadline: Wednesday, 11 December

  • After submitting the form, you’ll receive a payment invoice by email. Your registration will only be confirmed after payment and a confirmation email.
