Grants for Artistic Projects

Twice a year, EPFL offers grants to support artistic projects led by EPFL students. The selected projects are presented as part of the Les Culturelles festival.

The calls for proposals currently open are for the spring 2027 edition of Les Culturelles (May 18–25).

These grants aim to foster creativity, verbal and nonverbal communication skills, critical thinking, and collective engagement, as well as to actively contribute to the richness of campus cultural life. They align with EPFL’s values, particularly diversity, inclusion, and sustainability.

There are two types of grants:

  • Grants for artistic projects led by EPFL student associations.
    .
  • Grants for performing arts projects led by students, either individually or in groups.

In both cases, the grant amount is CHF 2,000 per project.
