
LumionIC is an RF–photonic AI processor for Edge AI, exploiting the intrinsic power efficiency of linear photonic processing while enabling scalable, low-power nonlinear processing without leaving the optical domain via Structural Nonlinearity—eliminating dedicated optical nonlinear components. Its phase-programmable Mach–Zehnder interferometer mesh performs end-to-end nonlinear computation and is trained end-to-end with a physics-aware workflow for robust deployment in vision and sensing tasks.
