Paper alert – over 30%-efficient perovskite-Si(front-flat) tandems!

Published:18.05.24 — PV-Lab is happy to share that our latest paper "Synergetic substrate and additive engineering for over 30%-efficient perovskite-Si tandem solar cells" has been published in Joule! The 30.9% certified solar cell, was also the first worldwide to be certified over 30% using a flat front silicon wafer!

Published:19.04.24 — Olatz Arriaga Arruti (R&D engineer in CSEM and EPFL PV-Lab Ph.D graduate) won the best poster award at the SiliconPV 2024 with her poster named 'Are All Bifacial High-Efficiency c-Si Technologies Equally Sensitive to Potential-Induced Degradation?'. The two days’ of the 11th edition of the workshop were a success with more than 100 specialists coming from 17 countries.“
