Presentation at the Nanobruecken 2024 conference
Sándor Lipcsei and David Hernandez Escobar attended the 2024 edition of Nanobruecken conference in Lyon. Sándor presented some of the recent results of the laboratory with the title of “Local mechanical properties of oxide inclusions”.

Journée des classes
Des écoliers sont venus visiter l’EPFL le 6 juin. Au laboratoire de métallurgie mécanique ils ont pu faire une experience d’infiltration avec du chocolat et des noix à la place de l’infiltration classique fait dans le labo avec du metal et des particules.
A la fin bien-sûr ils ont pu manger les échantillons fabriqués!
