Bewildered by proximity
A second way of investigating the periphery of designing guides the series called FAR AT HOME, in which the extreme conditions in which designing is placed are linked not to the physical and cultural distance from a given context but to situations-limits in our habitat (namely, the Lavaux). The underlying objective is the same: to measure the effectiveness of techniques and knowledge acquired during formal training, and sanctioned by conventional practice.
