FISCAL POLICY, INFLATION and IMPORT -EXPORT LINKAGES
This project studies the effects of fiscal policy on inflation in economies characterized by significant trade linkages. We focus on the euro zone (and at a later stage to EU countries plus Switzerland and Norway) to exploit large cross-country variation in the fiscal stance.
