Off-campus events held by student associations

Off-campus events must be organized privately (except for the Integration Week, EPFL-ETHZ Challenge, Nuit de la Magistrale and Titanic Lémanique). EPFL will not provide funding for or help with the organization of these events. EPFL should not be indicated in these events’ promotional materials, service agreements or sponsorship agreements, and EPFL’s communication resources cannot be used to advertise these events, except for the billboard space made available.

For events held in the fall semester, requests can be sent between 1
