Robopoly
Our members, students from EPFL or other schools—have access to a workshop equipped with numerous tools, machines, and components that enable them to carry out a wide range of electronics, mechanics, or robotics projects, with guidance and advice from committee members eager to share their knowledge. Robopoly’s facilities are unique: they are the only ones at EPFL where beginner and experienced makers work side by side on personal or academic projects.
How to join
Registration is open all year round. A membership fee of CHF 5 guarantees 24/7 access to the facilities until the start of the following academic year, as well as access to workshops and drop-in sessions. No prior knowledge is required, just a bit of good spirits and curiosity!
You can register during the drop-in sessions every Monday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in room BM9139, or write to us at [email protected]. A guided tour of the facilities is also available, with no obligation to register.
