🗄️💲Non-EU/EFTA citizens: entitled to unemployment benefits after the end of your PhD or postdoc contract?

In this workshop organized by us*, Ms Fiorella Deshogues, Legal Advisor specialized in Migration Law, will provide detailed information on: 

• The status of PhD students and postdocs
• Questions concerning the right to unemployment benefit (“aptitude au placement”).
• You will better understand your migration status and your rights depending on the purpose of your stay (study or work?).
• Your work contract and permit are about to expire? You will learn about the conditions to be met in order to receive unemployment benefits.

When: 06.05.2025, 17:00-18:00, followed by an apéro for further questions
