Communication

The head of communication is responsible for managing both internal and external communication, ensuring visibility and consistency across all channels of the association.

Main responsibilities include:

1. Physical Display

  • Print posters and place them in the hallways, in compliance with the institution’s posting rules.

2. Information Sharing

  • Disseminate all information related to events, distributions, or sales through:

    • The community WhatsApp group

    • The Telegram channel

    • Instagram posts and stories

3. Online Interaction

  • Respond to messages received on social media.

  • Forward sponsorship requests to the committee.

4. Internal and External Communication

  • Collaborate with the Secretary to draft event announcement emails.

  • Ensure consistency of information shared internally and externally, avoiding duplication of efforts.

5. Event Coverage

  • Take photos during events, in collaboration with the Events Coordinators.

  • Provide visual material for post-event publications and to create lasting memories.

6. Post-Event Communication

  • Publish Instagram posts after events.

  • Write captions that are light, engaging, appropriate, and respectful.
