The head of communication is responsible for managing both internal and external communication, ensuring visibility and consistency across all channels of the association.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Physical Display

Print posters and place them in the hallways, in compliance with the institution’s posting rules.
2. Information Sharing

Disseminate all information related to events, distributions, or sales through:

The community WhatsApp group

The Telegram channel

Instagram posts and stories
-
3. Online Interaction

Respond to messages received on social media.

Forward sponsorship requests to the committee.
4. Internal and External Communication

Collaborate with the Secretary to draft event announcement emails.

Ensure consistency of information shared internally and externally, avoiding duplication of efforts.
5. Event Coverage

Take photos during events, in collaboration with the Events Coordinators.

Provide visual material for post-event publications and to create lasting memories.
6. Post-Event Communication

Publish Instagram posts after events.

Write captions that are light, engaging, appropriate, and respectful.
