The Events Coordinator is responsible for organizing and hosting social activities throughout the year, outside of seminars and workshops. This includes:

• Planning the Amicales evenings at the beginning of the winter semester: proposing and coordinating different activities.

• Organizing the ski weekend: preparing games (rental and facilitation), creating the playlist, setting the mood on the bus, and planning both daytime activities and the two evening events.

• Designing and leading Quiz Nights: preparing the questions and necessary slides.
