The Management Support Office oversees the preparation, organization, and follow-up of meetings of the EPFL Management and Extended Management. It works closely with members of the EPFL Management and their teams.
The Office prepares the minutes and ensures the quality of meeting documentation. It also follows up on decisions and ensures that they are communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
More broadly, the Management Support Office acts as an interface between the EPFL Management and its internal and external stakeholders. It also coordinates Management events and oversees EPFL’s strategic participations.
