Confocal microscope for Raman and photoluminescence spectroscopy. Four laser excitation wavelengths (325, 442, 514, 833 nm), detection in Visible (UV-enhanced Si detector) and IR (InGaAs detector), xyz scanning table for sample size up 10 cm x 10 cm, option for sample cooling (-170°C) and heating (600°C).
