TOPAZ aims to develop a compact photonic spectrum analyzer for mmWave–THz signals from 40–500 GHz. Based on thin-film lithium niobate integrated photonics, the device converts high-frequency electromagnetic signals into the optical domain for precise spectral readout. The Enable Grant will support prototype packaging, system integration, validation in realistic measurement scenarios, and early customer discovery in 6G, THz research, and industrial sensing.
