How to apply
We are searching for one or two current Bachelorâs, Masterâs or PhD students at EPFL with a strong background in quantum computing, specifically with direct experience in quantum algorithms (thesis work hackathons, Qiskit training, open source SDK for working with actual quantum computers, etc.) with an interest in applying their skills to bring the world closer to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
Please apply by filling in the application and providing:
- a 500 word statement of motivation on

GESDAâs Breakthrough Radar for the anticipation of the status of the technology in these time horizons as well as the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) may be helpful. - A short paragraph on your technical background with designing quantum algorithms.
- A short CV (one page)
- your transcript of grades
Please combine all documents (application form with statement of motivation, paragraph on quantum algorithms, short CV and transcript of grades) as a single PDF file and send it to [email protected].
