P-Grid – A Peer-to-Peer Information System (2001 – 2008)
This is an internal research project on developing our P2P platform. P-Grid has developed into a relatively mature technology, with a functional Java based implementation in place. The current implementation incorporates many of the ideas that have been theoretically predicted and validated with rigorous simulations.
The system has been developed with the support of SNF from 2001 – 2004, and been used as platform in various European research projects, such as Evergrow, Nepomuk, Bricks and TEAM.
