Theoretical Statements

Florence Graezer Bideau will supervise students’ theoretical statements (énoncés théoriques), concentrating on the main research areas of the HAT research group. Supervision requests should be related to heritage issues, the transmission of know-how, or the social uses of space, employing an ethnographic approach. Ideally, research projects should involve fieldwork that includes (participative) observation, data collection, description, and interviews with local actors to support the theoretical statement.

For the 2026-2027 academic year, Florence Graezer Bideau will supervise up to six theoretical statements and participate in six project follow-ups as a ‘secondary professor.’
