Elias Le Boudec receives two major awards at the 2025 International Union of Radio Science Conference

Elias Le Boudec, PhD student at the EMC Laboratory, has received two major awards at the 2025 URSI Radio Science Conference held in Sydney (17-22 August 2025). 
 
He was honored with the Young Scientist Award and the Best Student Paper Award for his paper entitled “Single-shot experimental localization of electromagnetic interference sources with application to electrostatic discharges”. 
 
The paper presents the first ever demonstration of subwavelength imaging of electrostatic discharges using the time reversal technique. 
 
Elias secured the top award among 46 contestants and 10 finalists.
