Arrival:
Participants are expected to arrive on Sunday September 22nd.
The meeting will begin at 08:30 on Monday September 23rd.
Dinner is included on day of arrival (at 8 pm – 10 pm)
Departure: Thursday September 26th (after breakfast)
The Organizing Committee will select few abstracts for both poster and oral presentation.
To submit an abstract, please send a word doc – instructions specified below – to nai2019@epfl.
The abstract submission deadline is July 31st 2019.
PLEASE NOTE: You must register for the conference prior to submitting an abstract. Abstracts received will not be considered from anyone who has not also registered to attend the conference.
Instructions for submitting an abstract:
- Prepare your abstract using Microsoft Word
- The abstract should include a title – highlighed in bold – and include the authors and affiliations directly under the title. The presenting authors should be marked in bold.
Abstracts should not exceed 1 page (Arial 12; 1.5 spaced).
