Statutes & Governance

UKISS (United Kingdom in Switzerland Society) is an officially recognized student association at EPFL.

The association operates in accordance with its statutes, which define its mission, structure, governance, and decision-making processes. These statutes ensure transparency, accountability, and continuity in the management of the society.

UKISS is a non-profit student association whose purpose is to connect UK students and friends of the UK at EPFL through social, cultural, and community activities.

The society is managed by an elected committee composed of student members. The committee is responsible for organizing events, managing finances, and ensuring that the association’s activities align with its mission.

General Assemblies are held in accordance with the statutes to allow members to participate in key decisions, including the election of the committee and approval of major changes.
