DÆNCITY 2025 est un projet artistique conçu et coordonné par le Performance Lighthouse en collaboration avec Sévelin 36, à Lausanne, qui s’est déroulé entre avril et juin 2025.
Il s’est articulé autour de plusieurs axes :
- Résidence artistique du 22 au 25 avril 2025, à Sévelin 36, pour 32 étudiant·es de l’EPFL et de l’UNIL pour explorer la danse improvisée aux côtés des chorégraphes et danseur·euses Noémie Cuérel et Matthieu Ruf, (5 heures d’atelier par jour), et participer à un atelier réflexif (90 minutes par jour) mené par le chercheur EPFL Sascha Nick et la performeuse, danseuse et coordinatrice du Performance Lighthouse Simona Ferrar
- 3 performances publiques accompagnées d’une exposition : le 25 avril, à Sévelin 36 ; le 12 mai, au Festival Les Culturelles, à l’EPFL ; le 13 juin au Festival Magma, à Sévelin 36
- Recherche expérimentale en sciences de l’éducation conduite par la doctorante Tanja Ulrich
- Documentation de la résidence artistique réalisée par trois étudiants de l’EPFL : Ben Begon (vidéo), Léo Perrin-Livenais (dessin) et Mehdi Bouguerra Ezzina (photo), exposée lors des représentations.
