The solution preparation team is working closely with two Quality Control specialists, with the aim to double check each production batch to provide you with solutions of the highest quality standard. Between production and delivery, each batch goes through either one of the following steps:
Two random samples of 5ml are collected at the end of the production and cultured in a Thioglycolate medium during 72 hours. These samples are then incubated to verify the sterility of the medium. (The Thioglycolate media are previously tested with control bacteria.)
– Agar Media in Petri Dishes
A random sample of dishes (dependent on the production size) is collected and kept in culture during 72 hours before being analyzed to verify the sterility.
Every Quality Control presenting an unclear or positive result will lead to the immediate withdrawal and subsequent disposal of the concerned batches.
