Since 2005 the Environmental Engineering Institute has been organizing weekly seminar series during the semester.
These seminars aim at broadening the range of disciplines of interest within the faculty of IIE and ENAC as a whole, as well as fostering new and/or stronger research synergies. Thanks to the variety of research and applied approaches presented, students, collaborators and faculty are exposed to many aspects of environmental sciences and engineering.
Professors Marc Parlange (2005-2006), Alexis Berne (2007-2009), Tamar Kohn (2010-2012) and Samuel Arey (2012-2016) have successively coordinated the seminar series. Professor Satoshi Takahama is the EESS coordinator from 2016 onwards.
