Automation and dynamic stimulation of 3D cell culture models in standard multi-well plates

We developed a simple-to-use technology for the fully automated, multiplexed culture of cell culture models in 2D & 3D, tissue explants, and embryos, under programmable, time-varying media compositions. Our innovative ‘plug-and-play’ design enables integration of any tissue culture plate of choice with microfluidic control, thus offering maximum flexibility and unprecedented opportunities for investigating complex input-response relations in a plethora of cellular and developmental systems.
