#TecToday: Future of Food

What are we going to eat in the future? Insects, seaweed, bacteria, plant substitutes: agrifood researchers are exploring new and sometimes surprising sources of protein. To explore the issue and answer questions from the public, the Swiss Academy of Engineering Sciences (SATW) has invited a panel of experts who will provide their own insights on the topic, through presentations and a round table discussion. The evening will end with an aperitif and a tasting session hosted by 4 start-ups from the Swiss foodtech scene.
