|Daniel received his Computer Science degree in 2007 from University of Applied Sciences Kempten (Germany), with a focus on software engineering. Since then, he has acquired 5 years of software engineering experience in industry (Realtime Technology AG).
His work focused on software solutions for 3D real-time visualization, distributed rendering and virtual reality. During this time, he also contributed to the Equalizer Parallel Rendering Framework.
He joined BBP in 2012 as Software Engineer in the visualization team, responsible for designing and implementing frameworks for large-data and interactive visualization, distributed rendering and data management. His hobbies include: hiking, climbing, mountainbiking, and snowboarding.
