Maham received a BSc in Psychology from the University of Tours, François Rabelais and a MSc in Cognitive Science with a specialization in Neuropsychology and Clinical Neursociences from the University of Lyon, Lumières Lyon II. Her research interests lie in the neural mechanisms underlying cognitive functions and their alterations in neurological and psychiatric disorders. She gained experience in EEG data processing at the Inter-University Laboratory of Human Movement Biology (LIBM), where she investigated neurophysiological markers of the interaction between breathing and visual perception, under the supervision of Charles-Étienne Benoît, Gerard Derosière and Ludovic Molle. At the Laboratory of the Study of Cognitive Mechanisms (EMC), she worked on a study on cognitive performances in dyslexia, contributing to the design and implementation of experimental protocols, neuropsychological testing and behavioral data analysis, led by Dre. Élise Lefèvres and co-supervised by Eddy Cavalli. Previously, she also interned in a psychiatric unit at Victor Jousselin Hospital, where she was involved in neuropsychological assessment and clinical diagnostics.
