LMS at Geo-Frontiers 2011

 

The LMS group just returned from Geo-Frontiers 2011 (March 13-16, Dallas, Texas USA). Geo-Frontiers is an event which focuses on “Advances in Geotechnical Engineering”. The event attracted a record-setting 1900+ participants. The event featured four plenary session lectures and more than 450 papers presented in 89 technical sessions (many with standing-room only).The LMS participated to the conference with two technical sessions organized by Prof. Laloui and seven presentations in the various technical sessions.
