We take inspiration from nature and study, design, and control of agile aerial robots with rich sensory and motor abilities that can move and work in very different environments
We investigate and develop novel soft wearable robots for natural interactions and symbiosis between humans and robots.
We are interested in the study, design, and control of soft robotic technologies that amplify the sensory-motor capabilities and human interaction of robots without increasing their complexity and weight.

Aerial Swarms Workshop at IEEE/RSJ IROS 2019
LIS organized a workshop about Aerial Swarms at the IROS 2019 conference. The workshop was really successful with fruitful discussions and an average attendance of 80 people with peaks of up to 120 people. The aim of this workshop was to trigger a scientific discussion on the most recent advances and challenges of the science and technology of aerial swarms.
