For their Computational Engineering activities, ACCES Member Laboratories use a wide range of different software, for example:
- specialized in-house software developed and used in individual laboratories,
- open-source software,
- commercial software requiring an on-site license.
It is important to know and understand the licensing requirements and restrictions of all software before using them. (See e.g. TTO summary.)
