Support

ACCES Member and Network Laboratories have widely different levels of competence in Computational Engineering (CE), from expert knowledge in specialized methodologies, tools and applications to incidental use as a support for theoretical and experimental activities.

In addition to the dedicated support staff of the ACCES Coordination Center in selected areas, a particular goal of ACCES is to enable the dissemination of the CE knowledge of the Member Laboratories and thus assist the training of new specialists.

Different levels of users are targeted by these support activities:

  • computational researchers at the PhD or post-doctoral levels who require advanced knowledge to complement their existing skills,
  • experimental researchers who need a complementary computational study to support and/or interpret their experimental results
  • expert users who will work with support staff to adapt existing methods and implement new techniques.
