EDOC Obligations of a candidate

During the doctoral studies
 
  • The candidate informs the Registrar’s Office of any changes in his/her personal data.

  • The candidate will be charged for any omission or changes resulting in corrections on the diploma.
 
   
  • The program director and the institute director manage the compatibility between the candidate’s training and any responsibilities he/she may have as assistant within an institute.

  • The program director and the section director manage the compatibility between the candidate’s training and any teaching responsibilities he/she may have within a section.
 
  • The Doctoral school affairs intervenes when there is disagreement.
 
   
  • When a candidate withdraws from completion of his thesis, he informs in writing and without delay the thesis director, the program director and the Registrar’s Office.

Before the oral exam
 
  • The doctoral student pays the registration fee before the oral exam.

  • The oral exam can only take place if the registration fee has been paid.
