Rental conditions
The rental length is for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 4 weeks time from Monday to Monday only.
Consecutive bookings are not accepted (maximum 4 weeks)
Rentals begin on Mondays. In case of arrival or departure during the stay, the rent stays the same.
The rentals are reserved in priority to the EPFL population. Other requests are processed on a case-by-case basis.
If the requested dates are available, a confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail; this will serve as a voucher that you must show upcon check in at the Swiss Tech Hotel reception desk in order to get the room key and card. If there are no rooms available for the desired dates, you’ll be informed shortly.
Check-in (Mondays as from 4pm), check-out (Mondays before 10am) and payments are made at the reception of the Swiss Tech Hotel which is North of the campus, 500 meters away from the Estudiantines (South of the campus) where the rooms are located.
The rent must be paid in its whole upon arrival by credit card only. Cards accepted: Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Diners, JCB, Union Pay, V Pay.
The Swiss Tech Hotel reception desk is open 7/7 days and 24h/24h. If you arrive after 10pm, please contact the SwissTech Hotel front desk to receive the entry code (+41 21 694 06 10).
Please note that the amount of CHF 200.- will be charged in case of loss of the room key, and CHF 25.- for the access card.
Rates
- 1 week (7 nights) = CHF 370.-
- 2 weeks (14 nights) = CHF 690.-
- 3 weeks (21 nights) = CHF 900.-
- 4 weeks (28 nights) = CHF 990.-

Booking request
Bookings are made online only through the online booking request form
If the requested dates are available, a confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.
If there are no rooms available for the desired dates, an e-mail will be sent informing you of this.
Cancellation conditions
Any cancellation with more than 2 weeks notice prior the arrival date will not be charged.
Any cancellation within 2 weeks notice prior the arrival date will be charged CHF 200.-
In case of cancellation during the stay, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
By making a reservation, the renter agrees to respect the furniture and equipments made available, as well as the other inhabitants of the Estudiantines and confirms having read and accepted the house rules.
